Show the voucher when you pay. Our colleague scans the QR code and the value of the voucher is taken off the bill.
Questions about the voucher
How long is the voucher valid?
For 12 months from the date of purchase. The expiry date is shown on the voucher and in the confirmation email. After it expires the voucher can no longer be used, and it cannot be extended.
What can it be used for?
For food and drink consumed in the restaurant, from the full food and drinks menu, and for the service charge as well.
What happens if the bill is less than the value of the voucher?
The voucher is used once, for its full value. If the final total is lower, the difference is not returned and cannot be exchanged for cash. More than one voucher may be used against a single bill.
Can I have a printed voucher?
Vouchers bought online are electronic. The PDF can be printed, and given as a gift that way too.
I have lost the code. What can I do?
Write to araashoffice@bombay.hu from the email address given at the time of purchase, and we will send it again.
Can the voucher be passed on?
Yes. The voucher is not issued to a named person, so it can be passed on freely.
